Joanne Wiggins-Barros brings more than 20 years of tax and accounting experience serving individuals and small businesses
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (January 1, 2020) — SD Mayer & Associates, a San Francisco-based accounting, financial advisory and wealth management firm, is pleased to announce its continued growth with the hiring of Joanne Wiggins-Barros as Tax & Accounting Partner.

Wiggins-Barros served as a partner at Brown Adams Agbayani LLP for more than 20 years, providing tax and accounting services to individuals and small businesses. She brings extensive individual tax knowledge to her new role at SD Mayer & Associates. Her specializations include general tax planning, stock option planning, and community property allocations due to marital dissolutions. She has experience working with corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and sole proprietors.

Wiggins-Barros earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an accounting concentration from San Jose State University.
