SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (June 11, 2018) — SD Mayer & Associates, an accounting, technology and financial advisory services solutions provider, has partnered with the Valmark Global Gift Fund to provide desks and chairs to a preschool for children of the Maasai Tribe in Kenya. SD Mayer has been a long-time supporter of Sabore’s Well, the non-profit building the preschool.

Thank you to Valmark for partnering with us to bring these much-needed supplies to the new preschool.”
Sabore’s Well has brought water collection points closer to the villages in Kenya to allow for constant and immediate access to safe, clean drinking water. This has led to the reduction of water-borne diseases and reduced hospital visits and other medical costs for the local villagers.
Each year, Valmark Financial Group contributes 10 percent of its annual profits to charitable programs through the Valmark Global Gift Fund. SD Mayer applied for a $5,400 Valmark Global Gift Fund grant to support Sabore’s Well’s new preschool.
In addition to their support of Sabore’s Well, SD Mayer employees volunteer their time with several local community organizations, nonprofits and volunteer groups, including SF-Marin Food Bank, SF Chamber of Commerce, Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco, and many more. Many employees also hold leadership positions in these organizations, serve on boards or help fundraise to support these organizations.
